Founder & CEO
Brandon E. Crowley
Brandon is the Founder & CEO of 429 Connects, launching the non-profit to focus on individual and community empowerment. During the day, Brandon is the Sr. Director of Technology and Systems for StriveTogether, a national non-profit working to achieve racial and ethnic equality for every child from cradle to career. Brandon holds a Master of Divinity degree with a concentration in Pastoral Care from Liberty University and is currently a student at Lindsey Wilson College Counseling and Development program to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. Brandon has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Kentucky State University and is a member of the distinguished men of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated. Brandon has a passion for people and is an advocate for personal development. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, travel, and cooking. He is married to Candice N. Crowley and the proud father of two children, Brandon Michael and Austyn Symone.

Executive Director
Candice N. Crowley
Candice is the Executive Director for 429 Connects, supporting the vision of the Founder. She collaborates with him to execute the vision and manages the operational activities for the organization. She has a B.S. degree in Management from Missouri State University, an MBA from Xavier University, and M.Ed. in Counseling & Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College. Candice wears many professional hats, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Candicely, a mental health private practice, an analyst for Amy's Kitchen, an adjunct in the Commerce Department at Miami University, and a consultant for 429 Consulting Group. Candice is a proud and active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. In her downtime, Candice enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, dining at local restaurants, and binge watching a suspenseful series.
